Hollow + Luck = Good! As you might be aware of a Hollow infused weapon will get scaling from Luck and Luck also increases your chance to apply a bleed effect – to add to that, the Flamberge also has VERY POOR scaling from Strength so the points I put into it felt like a waste of stats.
